Illusions

In this work, form changes with the gaze. The geometric structures, the reflections and the interior spaces produce an unstable perception, in which the solid can look transparent and the static takes on movement. The stainless steel multiplies the images and makes light part of the work. The viewer has to move in order to discover new relationships. The sculpture thus poses an essential question: do we really see what is in front of us, or do we build our own reality out of perception?
