Ñapo

A robust vertical axis rises from a circular base to hold a semicircular structure evoking a waning moon or a celestial arc. Within it, a linear mesh of iron encloses a space of air, while at the upper end a small reticulated sphere floats, connected by a fine tie rod. The work fuses the precision of industrial engineering with the poetry of the firmament, creating a subtle balance between the heavy and the weightless.
