Perseverance

On a solid wooden base rises a longitudinal metal profile which, after a tear in its structure, is reconfigured through the tension of rods, rings and a transverse pin that hold the balance of the piece. The work is a tribute to the persistence of life in the face of fracture: the rigid elements bend and hold, showing that solidity lies not in remaining unchanged but in the ability to stay whole in spite of the wound.
